Requirements

1.) Two forms of identification (e.g., Driver's License, Social Security card, birth certificate, or Passport).

2.) A professional photograph for the ID badge.

3.) Any certificates or special licenses you possess as a medical professional (if none are available, that is acceptable).

4.) Covid vaccination card or exemption documentation (if you do not have one, that is acceptable).

Competency Testing & Check List

Once your Background Check has been Cleared, you may book shifts for available nursing jobs.

Payroll (We offer Daily and Weekly pay) A pay card will be sent to you if you choose to participate in daily pay.
